Brown Brugnoli Garey Team is dedicated to giving 120%, therefore providing the most professional service in the Real Estate industry today. We currently are one of the top Teams in Indian River County that work the Foreclosure/REO market & list 2-3 new foreclosures per week-Island and Mainland properties.
Sherry Brown, Realtor
Sherry lives, works, and plays on the Barrier Island and has been a resident of Vero Beach since 1999. She has extensive knowledge of the area and the amenities offered by each of its unique communities.
Sherry adds a fresh perspective to the local real estate market by combining this knowledge along with the resources of Norris & Company to allow her to provide her clients with a high level of service. Her husband´s career with a national home builder has educated her about new construction which has proved to be an asset in this rapidly expanding town.
In the seven years Sherry has been a Real Estate Agent, her hard work has made her Top Producer at her previous broker for the first FOUR quarters of '06,'07 '08 Sherry´s dynamic personality and high energy are the perfect addition to the Team!
Sherry and her family reside in Indian Trails. She enjoys spending time with her three CHILDRen. Their oldest is at the Airforce Academy and two in the International Baccalaureate program in Sebastian- Originally from Chicago- she is also a Cubs fan!! " I think this is our year"

Tricia relocated to Vero Beach in 1993 from Los Angeles and resides in Central Beach. She has raised her children here so she is excited to share her knowledge of the schools, recreation facilities, churches, and volunteer organizations with families relocating to the area.
